I had the same, but the ticket office had typed it in wrong, so that's a possibility too. You could check with them if you still have no luck.

| Season tickets for myself and youngest daughter arrived a few weeks ago but still awaiting one for the missus and other daughter. Should I be getting in touch with the ticket office yet?

I'd say yes
Mine hasn't come yet. I rang the Office and they were extremely helpful. Arranged to cancel the existing card (in case the postman had snaggled it, I guess) and for TeamCard to issue a new one in its place.
They also gave me the membership number, so that I can use that to get my discount on a shirt in the club shop.
As I say, very helpful customer service. Well done Bulls

| Just rang the office for my grandsons ticket and everything should be sent out in the next couple of days.
The delay has been the printing of the away tickets plus the weather but its all in hand.

Just rang and I agree with all you've said. Very helpful lady cancelled what turns out to be a "lost in post" card for the missus and will re-issue.
It'll be interesting if the Bulls are monitoring how many have gone walkies in our postal system. Not too many I hope.

I don't think the cards will be activated for admission purposes until all recipients are sorted out. I assume 'lost' cards simply won't be activated and will be refused at the gate.

I was told that my 'lost' card would simply be cancelled by TeamCard and a new card issued - presumably with a different bar code or whatever.
The same principle apply surely applies if someone loses their card during the season, as must happen quite often with more than 10,000 floating around. They have to have a system figured out for how to cancel one card, and issue another one - otherwise you'd be getting two people trying to sit in the same seat.

| Folk may not be aware, but the despatch centre for the packs is up in Scotland (that is where we had to send the Bullbuilder inserts to).
Scotland has suffered some pretty serious weather over the last week or two.
My guess is that some of any delays may be down to the weather both there and down here. We went days without any post.
