| My thoughts on yesterday's game are these:
1. Accept that young players are going to make mistakes. Yes, Burgess had a shocker and gifted Salford two tries. He's 19. Two weeks ago everyone was angry at Potter that he didn't get more game time. If you're going to play Burgess, Bateman, Addy, Whitehead, Crookes etc (which I hope we continue to do) then they're going to make some mistakes. We have to live with it. They'll learn.
2. The bounce of the ball when Crookes fell over was evil. Nothing to be done about it.
3. We saw the 'other' Karl Pryce today. I heard fans at the start of the game criticise Potter saying that he'd never have played Pryce if he had a choice. I would hope that was true. It's a shame Ainscough got injured in the U20's this week, because Pryce should lose his place.
4. Everything Salford did payed off for them. They did incredibly well for all those passes to come off. Sometimes that just happens. They'll try that another week and knock on every other set.
Bradford weren't as bad as the scoreline suggested. A few mistakes from young players, and a few unlucky bounces. This is not "last year all over again". I still say get Potter signed up for next year now.
Also, and I'm not usually one for criticising referees, but the officiating all round was absolutely awful, consistently throughout the game. That's not why we lost though.

No, ate his father I did not. Weird question. I am in the main against cannibalism.
He was IIRC man of the match, so maybe I'm not the only good judge. I would say his stats would also speak for themselves.
"He is a shower of sh£t" is just the sort of puerile remark that shows the maker up for a person with whom there's little point in trying to have a reasoned debate.
Chimps clap themselves. Odd seeing a human do it.

Yes you must be because the general consensus on here is that Langley is past it. You so passionately defend him! It humours me because its clear to see i hit a raw nerve! Irrespective of what you think about him.......I and others ( in the majority) think the club needs to get rid! Eat it!!!

Show me one other post which says Langley is past it. A lot of people believe hes been utilised wrong but not past it.

| Langley runs his blood to water, tackles everything (he misses a few due to the fact he's covering that much) and makes the hard yards when others cant be d!
Yeah what a good idea to get rid

No it bloody well is not. Red is correct.
There is more of a consensus that he may be better used now at prop.
There is also a pretty general understanding that he represents great value because we get the £50k addition to the salary cap because of him.
You are talking bollox though if you profess to speak for the majority when you say the club should get rid.

Indeed we have
Must admit, I've wondered a lot over the last couple of years whether the financial uncertainties might have had any effect on players' performances. I guess only the players and ex-players can answer that.

Didn't think you could make a bigger plonker of yourself but you did, so at least a well done for that.
Oh and I don't "so passionately defend him", I just saw him have a good game on an awful day, so made him my MoM, that's all, fool!
The other comments are I think the view of the majority, not yours, but why do you bleat your pathetic claims of vast support for your position? Even if you weren't making it up, wouldn't I be entitled to my opinion? You need to become a little less exciteable, and perhaps have a more sanguine approach to the views of others.
I hear people say Langley "never passes" or such like. Has it ever occurred that Langley may be playing as he is told to play?
