| I think Aaronbulls team looks right.
I don't see us pulling back Crookes from his dual reg just to make up the 19. He's obviously going to play
Sibbit and Bateman to miss out for me

cant comment on his form for sheffield as I havent seen any of your games. just going on his performances for us for last couple of years where he's looked steady enough but nothing special and hasnt really progressed. Hopefully your right and the change in scenery has kick started an improvement in his game.

don't forget, according to his twitter, platt is a 50/50 for this match. We can cover for one without using crookes but if platt pulls out too then we'd struggle without crookes in squad IMO. gonna have to have a look at u20 highlights to see how crookes goes.

It would be a bit of a kick in the teeth for Crookes to not be picked over a guy who has never played in the centre in his life.
I suspect it will be Platt and Crookes in the centre - and if Platt isn't fit, then Crookes and Whitehead.

Langley won't play in the second row. He's a loose forward. Need him in the middle of the park.

really? last week must have a mirage then
seriously though, having watched u20s highlights now, crookes looks to have bulked up a bit. has decent pace and knows when to use his winger and when to go himself which is an improvement on last year. Still looks a bit suspect in defence but that can be said of most of 1st team squad TBF. Wouldnt mind him getting a run out and seeing how he goes.

Yeah, sorry, should have been more specific. I was thinking in terms of SL
Don't get me wrong, I'd be interested to see whether Whitehead can cut it - Joel Tomkins style - in the centres. I just think Potter will go for Crookes

Reading between lines on Potters bullseye piece suspect we may see both crookes and whitehead in centres this week tbh.

| Platts not fit and Sibbitt's embarrassing in his normal position.
