Correct on all accounts. That was the only first team game he played and it was indeed in 2005.

| I remember that he impressed in the time he was on the pitch and I was a little sorry when we let him go. Then again we were used to great players at the time
Some you win, now we lose. It would be a great idea if the RFL rewarded clubs for developing SL standard players with a weighted - dependent on ranking - premium for internationals, but that too sensible. We'd be minted, and England would have more chance of competing. As would Wales and Scotland.....Kopczak and Addy.

| I think CK would be in the team in front of Hamer definitely and I don't think Addy would be anywhere near the first 17.
I personally would see Alan Redfearn in front of Harkin, and going further back Tony Fisher would have to be with a shout as hooker, if anyone can remember him!!!!

| David Redfearn's brother Alan has been missed out too - he played over 200 games for Northern and was also a GB international, more than a few times, so should be included.

Yes I do. I considered him but thought it was too long ago to be considered

The more he talked of his honour, the faster we counted our spoons.: |
|
| Agree,The Fish would push Nobby hard and I always liked Alan Redfern and would have him ahead of Harkin. It's a long time ago now,but didn't we sign "concrete" from Elland,so I am not sure he fully qualifies, although he is one of my fav ourite alltime players. So if so, I would have Elliot Whitehead in the second row.He has been oustanding for Canberra this year in the toughest league of all, playing almost every minute of every game and has just landed a new contract with them.I also liked Les Gant,so would maybe have him ahead of Atkins.
It really pi**es me off when I think of what could have been had we been able to keep all the talent we nurtured and I will never forgive those that, through mis-management in one form or another, robbed us of our SL status and years of top class Rugby at Odsal.Hope Karma pays them a deserved visit.

| I think the 'rules' are that Bradford Northern/Bulls had to be the players 1st pro club, so Koncrete definitely qualifies!!
Terry Holmes anyone whilst a more reasonable shout is Joe Wardle

| Koncrete it is then.
On that basis,
Terry Price?Best kicker of a Rugby Ball I have ever seen.
Although Sir Keith is defnately the No1 number 1.

Agree about Price and his kicking, although defence wasn't his strongest point. Going to the NFL as a specialist kicker was definitely the right thing for him.

Heard some stroies about Tony Fisher in his time coaching Dudley Hill. Put the fear of god into people!

I wasn't suggesting Addy and Kopczak would make the top table, rather that they are international players and the RFL should reward clubs who develop Academy players into internationals in some way.We got next to nothing for developing Bateman, Whitehead, Ferres, Kopczak, the three Burgess brothers and Atkins, These are just the internationals and don't include Addy who is rumoured to heading for the exit.
We developed them and the rich clubs pick them up for next to nothing. That is business, but where is the incentive for the likes of Bradford to continue to develop the next generation of top international quality talent?

I remember you howling in anguish when you took Andy Lynch, Wayne Godwin, Michael Platt from Cas for diddly squat.
