Great effort by the whole team. Hard to single out only three. The forwards were tough, the backs seemed to click a bit more. I thought Gale's kicking game was very good, Kearney was instrumental in our good things in attack and Whitehead added some "bite" in the back row and centres when Purtell had to go off.

Gale - kicking game was brilliant and got stuck in in defence
Whitehead - top game to say its his first for a long time. Great in attack and defence.
Sammut - showed some classy touches and linked well with Gale and Kearney.
It makes a big difference to finally have two good half backs.

Gale - kicking game was suberb and attacking was really good.
Kear - made some excellent tackles which kept us in the match and made some good yards to take pressure off the props.
Whitehead - first game back, was moved around but his tackling was awesome and his attack was as good as ever.

Solid performance from all the team and good to have 7 players in the frame for the top 3 spots for once.
Perm any of the 3 above in order and I would not disagree.
Whitehead's defence was outstanding IMO and sets a new standard for other players to follow this season.

The results are in and the MOTM for the game versus Castleford is Luke Gale. Luke's game control and kicking earned him the full 3pts.
Joint 2nd place were Elliot Whitehead and Jamie Langley who share 1.5pts
