I've got a background of the newly-opened New Odsal Stadium and OSV, in all it's glory, on mine. And someone looking remarkably like Hetherington is just visible in the picture as head groundsman. The Who's who thumbnails on the right of the banner appear to include M.E. as media/PR director, Bulls4Champs2010 as head coach, FA as food & (especially) beverage manager and Ewwenorfolk as Whinos antagonising manager, whatever one of those might be.
I fear the banner has somehow linked to a parallel universe, or maybe something out of Lewis Carroll...?
