As you may have guessed from other's comments, it seems to be just one chef who does this. International regulars have pretty much all experienced the salty chef.
Thankfully I've only had him once in every 10 or so visits, so it's not a common occurance.
At one time we were actually discussing on here trying to figure out his timetable so we could avoid it whenever he was due to be working. |

I see one of the waiters (white haired guy with tash) in Shipley so I'll ask for a copy of the timetable. I know Friday lunch is usually to be avoided (although last time I was in there on a Friday it wasn't salty!!)
