| Quote: DILLIGAF "Yes, but only because his name is Burgess.
I've yet to see anything out of Burgess that suggests he's going to be good at SL level. I saw a bit of him last year and I saw him at Keighley this year, and neither time did he impress me. I would certainly play Crossley ahead of him based on what I've seen from both.
I suspect if he was called Tom Smith instead and didn't have any brothers, people wouldn't be so easy to call for him to get picked.
I would love for him to get picked and absolutely rip it up, but based on evidence I've seen from him, I don't think that's likely to happen yet.'"
Absolutely agree made this exact same point numerous times.

| Well Burgess seems to get great reports from the u'20's every week, how the other teams can't handle him. Potter will give him his chance when he thinks he's ready.

From what I've seen that's largely down to the fact he's quite a bit bigger than almost everyone else at that age. That advantage won't exist at Super League level. Karl Pryce had the same thing (I saw loads of him at U21s and defences just couldn't handle him, even though he didn't need to put much effort in).
I'd rather see Burgess go on a dual reg to see how he does against bigger blokes rather than other U20s. If he does well in that, I'd say worth a try.

| What Tom Burgess has got going for him is that he takes some putting down and makes good ground over the gain line. Ok so it's easier to do this versus the U20s but in the friendlies this season I thought he was more impressive going forward than Kopczak for instance.
Defensivley are where the weaknesses are IMO. He seems a bit slow on his feet and his lateral defence is a bit slow so he could be vulnerable against smaller quicker players.

| I'm hopeful that in the near future we could utilise Burgess from the bench as an impact Prop. He has the size to be a real handful for a tiring defence in the latter stages of each half. I hope he makes it to SL level because he'd add some real weight to our pack.

| Connor Murphy tweets 'Another stat-astic fact: A few ppl have suggested Koppy should be dropped but he made 21 carries for ave of 7.3m & just 1 error'
'Koppy only missed 1 of 20 att tackles too'
He goes on to say his stats v wakefield are similar plus he got a 'trick so I think people need to give the lad a break. I think he suffers from not being Joe Vagana or Paul Anderson sometimes.

| Guess Millward is on holiday and someone is ghost writing for him. Only explanation, well that or maybe alien abduction.

Shows what he knows.
I'm guessing that he flipped a coin for this match as he seems to dislike either club winning.
I can understand his dislike of Bradford, after all, we're part of what cost him the Saints job. But I don't know what he's got against you Cas lot.
