| Ticket Office just told me that my 5 year Black Season Tickets are still valid and will be honoured to 2015. Quite stunned by this news but very happy .

| Quote: Blotto "The new owners have had to agree to take no money from the Sky TV pool for the rest of this year and only a half-share for 2013 and 2014.
Thats definately running a Club with the legs tied together! All the more reason for Fans to put up and shut up! regards pricing!
"We haven't got a big budget," said Cummins. "Everyone will be expecting us to finish last."
Well I won't! I expect the Club to aim for a Top 8 place even if its not acheivable next Season'"
Too right Blotto, as in the old proverb - aim for the sky and you might hit the roof, aim for the roof and you'll probably just fall back on your @rse..
I think WE, as fans, have to be realistic and not get on people's backs if results aren't the best and it would appear that we generally are, so far well, those of us on here seem to be anyway, but the team? No, nay, never - they have to into games believing they can win. Just one more test for FC!!

I agree it is absolutely the right thing to do to repay the loyalty of the fans who made long term commitments by paying up front, and yes a marvellous goodwill gesture.
But it does mean another potential source of cash has been declined - so with the reduced Sky monies the next few years are going to involve the wearing of hairshirts and tight belts unless despite all the problems and the likelyhood of a weaker squad the number of fans attending goes up by a couple of thousand next year. I would love to see this happen but its a big ask, and curious to see what changes to the cost base are planned to help balance things out?

| It would be brilliant if we could get 10,000 season tickets again this year, and show that we deserve to have this club.

| Can't see there being 10k paying customers to be honest, if they include the under 12s who get a free 'season ticket', who knows; a season ticket is a season ticket, I guess..

| This is very heartening--- every announcement the new owner has made since Friday (effectively 2 working days ) has been a positive and clear indication that they have planned well and have the club and fans interests at heart.
Of course it will be a difficult few years but I've not felt this optimistic for a good few years. And the contrast with this spring and summer could not be more stark.

it is costing them, they wont get any revenue at all from the 5 year tickets as that went to the old company, so it means they lose out on the revenue that a season ticket would cost

Well I must say that is a huge surprise. Especially pleased for those supporters who forked out 4 figure sums to take up that offer.

| I'm sure that all those supporters who have the long term tickets will still be contributing their hard earned in other ways. There will be (hopefully) plenty of things to spend your money on apart from the season tickets.

| I think one of the best part of the prices is U12s getting in free. For me this was a massive mistake charging kids last year. Your much more likely to get a child to go to a game for the first time than an adult. But if a child wants to go then the adult has to take them so we sill earn some money. Getting them in for free makes it much attractive for families and much more likely to get new supports and paying adults.

| I had to pay for 2 out of the 3 of my children last year. I've just renewed all 4 tickeys today. Unbelievably all 3 children are now free, so I've just made a CONSIDERABLE saving on what we paid even last season!!

That's spot on imo.The younger you get fans the better, what's more if your U12 is really young, it means that an adult, or at least over 12 yearold, has to go with them - at the normal price. I think marketing is in good hands.
