Thought it was only Leeds who got away with suspensions.
Clear case of a one game ban for Sykes if ever there was one and low and behold he gets it rescinded.
Webb gets 2 games appeals and gets to keep the 2 even though he should not have been banned in the first place.
Typical Bradford cheating the system.
Must have Redhall in their pockets.
Cheats.'"
Not this week with Senior being let off. Try again later.

| Nothing deliberate in what Senior did especially with a player covering his face at the time.
You must admit Sykes deserved a ban.

| Very poor trolling. Go talk to Wilks, he's far better at it than you.

| Beggar sussed again.
Ewwen and Adey come on give us a break.
Get Bulls 2010 or a guest appearance from Sir Steve Menzies or Mr Gledhill
Maybe tomorrow hey?
Enjoy your weekend even with Sykes playing.

Given a choice between you and B2010 or SSM, I think we'd settle for you tbh. Those two personas haven't even made it into apprentice troll grade yet.

| Quote: Ferocious Aardvark "Sykes got what he deserved, no more, no less. Can't see the point of an appeal.
The Senior decision however is ridiculous. What was "unintentional"? Do his legs often wildly flail about in huge arcing kicks involuntarily? Was he having a fit? The kick was in fact 100% intentional. Obviously he didn't "intend" to land the kick on the head - but that's only because he lashed out recklessly, not giving a flying fook what or who was in the way, and knowing full well there were certainly defenders in close attendance.
A fine if he had luckily just kicked fresh air. However as he made contact with a player's head, it had to be a ban.'"
I saw numerous examples of this practice during the 2 televised games this weekend. In fact I would say it is almost physically impossible to swiftly get up off your back without rolling over or using your legs for momentum. I don't think there will be many fines dished out.

Whilst I too saw a number of flailing legs in the televised games this w/e, [iand the following isn't because it was Keith (who regardless of his shirt, is still a class centre IMHO) [/i, I didn't see anything quite as wild / and exaggerated as the incident in question.
I sort of get what you're saying about regaining your feet, but in all honesty don't you reckon it was more about getting the opposition off your legs rather than [iactually [/iregaining your feet? ( I appreciate you can't do one without the other) I don't get your "[imomentum[/i" rule with regards to the flailing legs/boots though
It was a rotten accident, and just that, exacerbated by the strength and vigorous manner in which he kicked out - something, FWIW, I note he didn't do to the same extent this weekend.

Lie on your back. Get someone to sit on your face. Then try & get up without using your legs for momentum.

Surely that is not the kind of...activity...we should be discussing on a family forum?
I do worry about what goes on out of hours in Ilkley sometimes...

Just tried it. Dead easy. . . . . . though we may have another bash, just for the hell of it, when the kids aren't about
You must just be "getting on a bit" TT that's why you couldn't do it.
Wonder if Keith had his "face sat on"at the time . . . . .

It was someone with an 80's perm, sadly for him not Carol Decker.
