| Quote Marky P Hushman="Marky P Hushman"Probably is the strongest pack in the league, certainley better than Leeds.
Lets compare probable starting packs for start of SL
Burgess Vs Leuluai - Burgess by 10 mile
Newton Vs Buderus - nothing in it really, Newton is as good as anybody, Buderus might not even be fit
Lynch Vs Peacock - Peacock just
Menzies Vs Buchanan - Menzies by 10 mile
Morrison Vs Lauitiiti - Morrison by 10 mile
Langley Vs Sinfield - Sinfield by a bit
Its our 5/8 and 3/4 that worry me.
Burrow couldnt lace Deacons boots if he tried, he's got one game, thats run. Mcguire I like, I think its harsh to say he's just a support player, hes much more than that, Jeffries is a poor one in my mind.
Leeds have the edge in the back s though by a 10 mile.
Platt Vs Webb - Webb by 10 mile
Sheriffe Vs Donald - Donald by 10 Mile
Sykes Vs Senior - Senior by 10 mile
Nero vs Smith - Smith is ordinary, and definatley not a centre
Tadulala Vs Hall - Tadulala by 10 mile'"
buchanon by a....a gajillion miles.

| Paper teams win paper cups.
The majority of the pack you are ejaculating over are the same players that have made stupid mistakes, given away silly penalties, had defensive lapses and generally failed to set a consistent pattern in the big games, for what can only be described as a cesspit of mediocre backs.

| The strongest pack in SL next season will be the one that plays above its individual talents as a unit, is supremely fit and highly motivated, and has the good fortune to remain injury free with a quality squad back up for rotation
Comparing one player from a team to one in another for specific positions is not germain

| Er, back on page one...
Quote af="af"Wait till it gets on the park. The Leeds pack of '98 was far stronger than the sum of its parts, and the Wigan pack of 01 was not so hot despite the people in it.'"
Quote af="G1"I won't compare players on paper.'"
And no one's asking you to - this is the interweb, with all its electrickery.
Leeds' were miles ahead of us last year, though each of their four wins was delivered with a significantly closer margin of victory as the season progressed. However, a look at the pack suggests that there is the perssonel there to perhaps have the edge over the defending champions there, surely a worthwhile observation given the seemingly widespread belief that the Bulls will not challenge this year. As for the backs, I think I'll start [url=http://viewtopic.php?t=387899another thread[/url.
