Spot on.
The worst thing that could be done is decide at the end of the season, as suggested by one of the poll options, which would mean a new man being brought in too late to have had much input on contract renewals and signings for next season.
I think I posted before the season started that McNamara had to start showing some good signs that he is the man for the job and, a quarter of the way in, he is failing to do so. |
