Fans who support both clubs and who are going to London will still miss the Bulls/Saints game. Bulls fans who work on Saturday will miss the game. Traveling on a Saturday, midday and early evening not the best.
Makes you think that the RFL are determined to reduce the SL size by any means and the Bulls will be the first victims.'"
You really are the most paranoid, bitter, miserable, short memoried poster on this board. Unless you are a very good troll. I cannot imagine there is a single poster from any other club who would think that the RFL have done anything but bend over backwards for the Bulls.

God-fearing children should be in bed by 1800. Actually I just thought I would talk rubbish & join in with some of the others on here who d not know the reasoning behind the decision.

Aye, and Eddie is hinting at it too. And, as we all know:

Rather worringly I find myself missing your peculiar brand of miserableness. I blame the RFL for giving McBanana the England job. And myself for making you happy by letting you win the fantasy league. It won't happen again.

| The main problem I have with Saturday at 2pm for this game is I have to choose between attending a Bulls game that I have paid to see (via my season ticket) and the game my amateur club will have in the Pennine league where I normally help to run things on a game day. Friday or a later kick off would have been better.

| 2pm on a Saturday. Genius.
So those travelling to Wembley can't come. Those who work on Saturday can't come. Those who work at or play for any amateur clubs can't come. And those who support any other football team who are playing on the Saturday can't come.
I'm liking this new fair approach. Far better to exclude everyone, that way no one feels left out.

The more he talked of his honour, the faster we counted our spoons.: |
|
| What a tremendous decision by the RFL.So by moving the game from Sunday to Saturday at 2pm(LOL)they now think the BULLS will get more supporters through the turnstiles?I give up.Half the city will be travelling down to London on Saturday morning and making a weekend of it and those who were gonna turn up to the game may not now be able to because of work commitments etc etc.
Friday night was obviously too easy.
Pure Genius.

| Thank you TigerTot, it takes one to know one.
Last season the RFL went all out to save the remaining games of the SL season, the only way the could do that was to "help" the Bulls remain in the SL. Once they had saved the season, they deducted 6 points (all previous deductions had been 4 points) making it more difficult for the Bulls to reach the play offs and make money. Probationary license making it easier to refuse full license for 2014 season. Handicapping revenue intake (Bulls/Saints). 60 million pound deficit in income/debts of RL clubs. The RFL will look to remove the clubs who a financially unsound and what a better way than to reduce a clubs ability to make money by setting silly kick off times and dates. The RFL own the ground the Bulls play on, is it free to use, I doubt it. More money out of the clubs pocket.
I stick by my assertion that there is history between the RFL and the Bulls and the RFL under the guise of helping are actually screwing the club and fans over.

| Without the RFL you wouldn't be typing on a RAB forum. You think the RFL should buy the head lease from the Bulls then let them play there for free? Great idea, while they are at it they might as well buy all the other grounds & let the other temas play for free.
Most of the rest of your post is unsubstantiated paranoid nonsense.
Please expand on the 'history' between the RFL & Bulls.

Well, rugby league moved from Saturday to Sunday for a reason you know...
The circumstances behind the switch are unusual, and can't be helped obviously, but people affected are going to rail against it and I guess they have the right to moan - not that it will do any good, of course.
