Completely agree. I can't see us getting shot and having a mid-season change of coach. Kear will be in place until the end of the season and then I hope we bring in somebody new. Probably should have happened last year after the way our season just capitulated.

Coaching candidates look pretty slim at the moment.

Wait too long and attendances will end up in the hundreds.

I believe the club are concerned about the drop in supporters so let's hope this forces there hand in changing the coach.

The fitness thing drives me mad. Patton and Lilley are even looking more rotund than at the start of the season. Scurr would be a much better player if he lost the gut. I've mentioned Walker and Crossley before. Turning out in that shape is taking the out of their teammates, the supporters and the club.

Not really been calling for Kears head. However his positions untenable now. 80 mins with an extra man in a local Derby at home. Unforgivable. That is the worst result I've ever seen for us.
