Clearly something has gone on behind the scenes at Hull KR
I'd be amazed if he stays until the end of the season. They'll probably pay him off and elevate Danny McGuire to the Head Coach role in the coming weeks.
I wouldn't be surprised to see him at Leeds in a Director of Rugby type role mentoring his nephew.

There are two types of coach we could get.
Just a coach who does nothing else - probably a younger one who wants the chance to make a name.
An older very experienced coach who wants more than simply coaching. Someone who wants to build the club along with the team who will be coached by his assistants. He would need the owner to show total trust in him and give him full control of the playing side.
When Brian came over the real team work was done by Potter.
So, could we get a "big" name? Possibly, if that person was asked to come and rebuild the bulls from the ground up and become a super dooper league club again. Now that could happen. Who knows.
I would prefer that to just getting an average coach who comes and then goes in 2 years time and nothing improves.
