| Quote: dddooommm "What a win! Every man on the field played their part today in what will go down as one of the biggest wins in the clubs recent history. What an awesome defensive display to keep the Rhinos out. 2 of their scores were very marginal and could have gone either way. I feel that our defence won us the game. We dug very deep and showed some fantastic tenacity to never give in and keep their attackers out.
It was also great to see Odsal pretty full again. Great effort from the Leeds fans that travelled over, that was quite an away following that helped create an awesome atmosphere. What a great day for the club. I'm off for a lie-down.'"
First try there was a forward pass on the play before, second try was a double movement. If his momentum would have taken him over then he wouldn't have needed to lift the elbow forward.

| Quote: Exeter Rhino "Reflecting on the recent Furner sacking and looking back to better days for the Bulls, I still think it's pretty amazing that you stuck with McNamara for so long, after he effectively presided over the decline of the Bulls as a major force over several seasons. After all, he didn't win anything (unlike Brian Mac, for example), other than the prize for losing in the most comic of circumstances (although some recent Leeds performances are up there!). Even more astounding that the guy is *still* coaching in SL... If other coaches had been given that many second chances, perhaps they would finally win the CC too? (Well, maybe not James Lowes...).'"
For me he was on a hiding to nothing. Money was running out and he was overseeing the transition. I DJ blame Steve whatsoever for his results as head coach.

| Cracking result. Defence in 2nd half was very good. We need to keep up level of performance we,ve shown were capable of in last two games for rest of season.
Wonder what odds are of getting fax in next round. All championship quarterfinal to guarantee a championship club in semis.

| Fantastic! Don't think words do justice. There is a real spirit in the team and in the club as a whole we've I've not seen for a long time. That win was all about heart and balls. Very proud of the club today 10k is a great effort and was a good following from Leeds.

| Quote: Nothus "I'm stunned. Even playing at our very best with Leeds at their very worst I still thought they'd have too much for us today. I genuinely never considered for a moment that we would ever win this match!
Great completion rate from us again for the second match running, fantastic performance from the forwards and some nice touches from the backs when they had the chance.
But good god, how bad were Leeds? Those four tries we scored will be some of the softest tries we will score all season. Grant walked in without a Leeds player within six feet of him, Webster didn't even need to jump to catch that bomb, he just stood there and caught in and found himself with a clear run to the line. It took one offload for Hallas to get over and Mikey Wood went through them with ease. We should have known an upset was on the cards when Kirk made a 50 yard break in the first ten seconds of the match! He's never run that far in his life!!
Something is truly rotten at the Rhinos right now. There's no way those players should be putting in performances like that - even moreso now with the prospect of a new head coach to impress. A complete lack of heart and desire on show today.'"
I’m with you on this we performed over and above 100%.
I could not be prouder.
But Leeds should still have Stuck 30-40 points on us let’s be honest.
I dont like seeing them like this I hope they turn things around.

| Forget about "how bad Leeds were" and give praise to our boys who were magnificent. A wonderful performance but in the grand scale of things winning was not the be all and end all.
Big game, big crowd, on the telly. We gave people the chance to believe again. People who will hopefully continue to follow and take us up again.
Sadly I was in Bradford last week or else I would have been along to enjoy it.
Perfect.
(we would have blown it if McNamara was still in charge though.. )

Evenin' PP (one that, it is to be assumed, is proving to be a very good one for all RL fans with a BD postcode). O to be in The Fighting Cock tonight!
Yes, Bongser gets the endgame wobbles too. Usually reserved for Leigh games but today for your boys. At work with a coupla sneaky tabs up for both Leeds' & your Twitter feeds.
After the Briscoe try went unconverted to leave you still two to the better and there was then another close shave, the Rhinos tweeted that there were 90 seconds still on the match clock. There followed all too many minutes of Twitter silence until, unsurprisingly The Bulls were the first to tweet the FT score.
Delighted to lose points in both the Leigh & Warrington forum prediction leagues and looking forward to watching the greatest Bulls triumph for many years(with the possible exception of getting rid of Green!)
Enjoy the party!

Well I was wondering if you were as there were a few Bulls Jocks behind us . That's put that to bed.
Great performance though, Eddie.

| Well, who expected that. Honestly. Wow. What a performance, full of passion and pride. What a team. Just brilliant.
But Leeds, oh dear, what on Earth is going on there? How bad were they? And I don’t get the Hurrell hype. What a waste of space he was.
But let’s take nothing away from the Bulls. Well done guys. Brilliant today.

| Very determined today from us and it was clear we wanted it more.
A real team performance.... I can’t help thinking that the signs are there to show JK has made the right call by putting his faith in Milnes / Lilley.
Thrilled Lilley got MOM but also lots of credit to Milnes. Some great kicks from him and well done for taking over the kicking duties with no fear in the biggest match of his career to date.
Thought it was Greens best game for us and strong running as always from Crossley and Pelts.
Great day for us, let’s hope a few fans may decide do come back off the back of the win (and drawing Fax would be nice in the QF )
