It does say that the RFL can cancel the clubs membership though. I would suspect that the RFL may want to place the Bulls in League 1 but even then the current League 1 clubs would need to accept this. I believe this happened a few years ago with Hull FC and the clubs refused to accept them so the 'merged' with Gateshead instead.

The RFL advance money on a regular basis to clubs, especially in the off season. They can't advance anymore to Green as he's had it all. |

Remember, this was the start of it. Hood went cap in hand to the RFL for a loan (with hindsight, asking for more rope to hang himself with). And remarkably, the RFL believed him  and offered him a £700k secret loan (with hindsight, more than enough rope to hang basically everyone) with no surety. The rfl then panicked a few months later and took the head lease from the Bulls (the only asset the club had left) in order to get something out of the huge screwup they had, in part, created.... And it went downhill from there.
So yes, the RFL are stupid enough to give clubs money. |

I spoke to my visa company earlier and they said there is no limit on time when you start the procedure so I have left it for now. |

This is fantastic news. We now clearly have a way forward. We could merge with Leeds or Wigan, take all their assets and players, call ourselves something like Bradford Bulls, and away we go leaving the said Leeds or Wigan to start at the bottom. Job done. |
