Utter shambles. Sick to my back teeth of watching our over paid 'stars' getting bullied by part time players who are up for a dog fight. I dread to think what a SL side would do to this team, it really would be an embrassment. Sadly we probably need to ensure that embarrassment for financial reasons alone. Anyone know the scale of funding outside of a top 4 finish? Must be looking at well over half a million difference?

I feel really sorry for Smith having to inherit this shambles of a squad of players.
Positives young Ryan and Moss, rest mostly gutless. Every team we play our forwards are out enthused by the opposition, they all seem bigger and more aggressive and importantly run hard on to the ball, ours just amble in (Clark and Clough exceptions).
Who ever thinks Addy is a good player needs to really watch him, he is slow in thought and action and cant tackle, good luck HKR. Why did he take over kicking from Charnock!!!! The kid was why we undeservedly beat Batley with his kicking game.
A good clear out is needed of this squad and if it is right 3 are going to Shudds well we could be playing them very soon.

Looking at the remaining fixtures we have to rely on Batley or Fax to lose twice in 4 games to make the 8 (unless we beat Leigh, which just won't happen)

I just can't see where the 2 losses for either side will come from. We've blown it.

From what I can see in the comments it looks like the team just voted for Bullexit - from professional full time rugby.

At least getting a top 4 place is still in our own hands, but though some of the few occasions when the team has collectively raised their game this season have been against Leigh, still not easy to see us getting 2 points next week. Rather than being in the race for illusory promotion it feels more like we are in a relegation battle.

Is it? We're relying on Batley/Fax to slip up. And that's assuming we can actually string 4 wins together which doesn't seem all that likely even for the most optimistic of fans.
