Looking like Purtell will be in halves. Think it be Thomas at 1,Clare and Welham in centres with Caro and Campbell on wing.

He's not a half but he has good hands and made a reasonable [as in, he's not a half] fist of it last time he was put in there.
There's little to say about fullback, apart from someone's got to play there..Clare and Welham are fine when we've got the ball but I hope Caro and Welham aren't defending the same side.

Saints have been finding it hard to find players who would qualify for a work permit. This makes our job even harder because any players we try to sign will be even less likely to meet the criteria the UK border agency are enforcing even more this year. |

Great cut out ball from Rhys Jacks today, taking 3 of our defenders out from the winger to score in corner. Don't think I've seen us do a cut out ball all season.

I don't know if he is pushing it too much during the game, but (apart from the sublime try he scored) he doesn't seem to add much at the moment. And screaming and shouting at younger more inexperienced squad members for errors can't do much for team morale either.
