| People are saying Wakey were there for the taking - correct.
People are saying we didn't play to our potential - correct.
I say the answer to why we didn't win is by looking back and being honest about how we have played in most games this season. We have been awful. The players have been lethargic. They appeared to be "not up for it" on too many occasions.
Where does the blame lie - Jimmy.
Who needs to make the correct decisions now - Mr Green.
We won't go part time as fans won't pay top prices for a part time club.
Fans won't pay again for the same again.
Please Jimmy, admit you have failed to get the best from 33 players - walk and let the club bring in a new face.
Thanks for your playing memories but you are a poor motivator of players so please leave.
Mr Green needs to take him aside and tell him to shut up before he drags our reputation into the gutter.

| I have to say Lowes comes across much like Webster did for us.
Technically good but always seemed to have a negative slant on his words and his body language. It definitely affects the players in the long term. Brian Smith can be negative but does it to take the pressure off the players rather than adding it.
It's poor form to argue about incidents in the game when you have won so am not here to do that.
I am here to wish you luck for the coming season. I hope you can keep the core of your team together and add where needed so you can come back strong. (Front row is where I would improve but I haven't seen as much as you).
Your fans were a credit today in emotional circumstances, as were your players on the whole. No penalties for foul play either way and even the head highs were just sloppy tackles.
I'm sure we'll meet in the 8s next year. Hopefully not in the MPG again but we'll see eh.

You should have tried being in the Championship for all those years under franchising when the SL drawbridge was well and truly up. Year after year of playing for nothing with no end in sight. This system at least gives a glimmer of hope although I think the past 2 months have shown just how big a task it will be for a Championship team to bridge the gap.
As has been said, raising the cap for Championship clubs and moving the signing deadline will be a good start in leveling the playing field. The lack of intensity is a harder problem to solve. Hard for a team to get that ruthless streak and the ability to grind out a tough match when you are blowing teams away with ease most weeks. Can't just switch on that sort of form come the middle 8's.
See you next year Bulls fans

We've been there for the taking all season. Still Super League next season. Don't hate the team, hate the game.

| I always thought any promo or relegation should be taken over a 3 year period, ie if you finish bottom2 out of three your down. if its 3 clubs involved its on points. No play off needed. it also gives a club the opportunity to build in season 3 .
I would also make all transfers and signings after the seasons finished.

| At the end of the day we lacked the craft to unpick a solid Wakey defence. That said we fought hard and gave all, which is all anyone can ask.

Probably the biggest consolation yesterday was seeing just how hard they tried. Performance wise we can do better and some of the options we took close to the Wakey line were poor. With Gaskell not firing on full cylinders we needed Siejka to stand up again but he was poor in attack yesterday. He doesn't seem to have the vision to play what's in front of him rather than what he's decided to do before receiving the ball. Surely the club will recruit a new scrum half for 2016?

| Guess it will come down to money as Siejka is already on board for next season and it's hard to see where he would go to or to see us paying him up.

There's a few on board this season, but it didn't stop us ignoring them. I think we would be entitled to insist they take Siejka back under the Trades Descriptions Act. It would have been cheaper to have bought a Pot Noodle instead. It wouldn't be any less predictable, and if we got a curry one, it would have a better kick.

| This next few weeks are going to be very interesting. At least 10 players who have not had a look in should be looking to leave.
Will Gaskel stick to his word and see out his second year.
Will O'Brien and Addey stay and give it another go - although both may struggle to start in a top team.
Will green stick with Jimmy. I am guessing Green can be a very tough businessman and able to make the big decisions that affect his business. It all comes down to money.
The overriding factor though could be their predictions on ST sales. If they sit down and decide that fans will not buy ST and pick and choose games next season that will hurt the club badly. They will then either have to bring in new players, a new coach or even both to persuade fans to keep paying top prices for STs.
Green has bigger decisions right now than he did when he bought the club as just saving us made everyone happy.
Interesting couple of months ahead

| The problem with the sale of season tickets following this year is: Why bother with a season ticket when the only competition of interest is the last 7 matches.
(But there again I'm a glass half empty guy)

Well yeah, Lowes attitude of "Well this game doesn't matter and that game doesn't matter" will have an affect on sales. His little tantrum yesterday will also have planted a few seeds in people's minds because who's going to want to pay this year's season ticket prices to see a part time team?
I would hope that Steve Ferres announcement tomorrow is that Lowes is stepping down as head-coach. I don't believe that Marc Green will shy away from pulling the trigger if he feels it is needed. He said at the start of the year "I do not fail", well not getting promotion back to SL looks like a fail to me, Mr Green

I'm sure Lowes even stated that the first 23 rounds were a glorified pre-season warm up for the Super 8s.
