Well if it's less than 99% then I am ashamed of our supporters to be honest.
I can only assume that a lot of people weren't around in 99 when we went through this ourselves? Not to mention a club the size of Bradford going to the wall would be terrible for the game.

Agreed but I would say 50% of fans only really care what happens to their own club and couldn't give a hoot about anyone else's

Too many players going high. Olbison and Addy seem incapable of bending their backs.

| Tackling technique has long been a problem for Addy but disappointed with Olbison. Obviously technique is at fault. There's too much around the chest and often they get in the wrong position to effect the tackle and get brushed off easier. That could be down to a number of reasons but some players are better than others in this dept so I don't think it's always a team problem, more of an individual one.
Some misses will always happen when we're on the back foot, which with our lighter pack we will be a lot. Then again we seem to miss easy one on ones a bit too much IMO.

| Why can't Donno just round them all up and give them some pointers? If our squad all had his tackling technique we'd be laughing!

| Just to add, Donaldson is still the league's top tackler, but he's also second for missed tackles and the top Bradford player in both departments - he must've missed a fair few against Hull FC.
Bradford Top 10 for tackles and misses - ordered by missed tackles
Donaldson; 186, 18
Kearney; 26, 15 (FFS!)
Addy; 91, 15
Henry; 58, 12
Gale; 50, 9
Olbison; 72, 7
Kear; 15, 6
Sidlow; 125, 6
Purtell; 42, 6
Bridge; 129, 5
Oh and as a team we're second in the most errors made behind Hull KR.

| Kearneys misses are alarming. Might as well not have a full back as they just walk passed him. His positioning for kicks is woeful. He stands far too close to the line, thy just kick it behind him with ease and he ends up havin to run back to get creamed as soon as he touches the ball or doesn't get there in time and concedes aTry. I like Kearney but this needs to be rectified on the training field urgently.

| I remember before one game in the Brian Smith era, he had IRRC Neil Summers teaching him tackling technique. he was actually getting hold of his feet & putting them exactly in the correct position. I had never seen anything like it at the time. Maybe Franny should get Smithy over.

| 186 tackles and 18 missed......I think we can let Donno off for that! That is a hell of a lot of tackles for 4 games.
