Well someone said the end we were in held 3000 and it was no way near half empty. And neither of the other two stands were remotely full. Credit to Widnes for their support to the Bulls woes anyway.

Anyway it was a decent enough performance against what is unfortunately the worst side in super league. Not really that clinical but given conditions and quick turn around to be expected.

Was just happy to get the 2 points as this was an obvious place for a banana skin.

Worst side because we have two clowns in Betts and Cullen. We are near full cap and Salford can recruit better and motivate the players the coach. Our fans dont want to go anymore because we are a disgrace on the pitch.I wont go again till Betts and Cullen gone.Anyway all the best. icon_thumb.gif

There were about 50 people more there today than there were for Widnes v London.

If we agree there were about 15-1600 Bulls Fans (about just over half full in West Stand) it just shows what a shrewd businessman the Widnes Chairman is, not that I want to take anything away from his gestures, but knowing we were his next home game he generated an empathy between the clubs by donating cash and tickets to the tune of £22k ensuring more Bulls Fans at the game!

If the walk up was about 1000 on top of the 600 donated Widnes probably covered the cost of the donations today via turnstiles and the refreshment bars, and generated a crowd for possibly one of their potentially poorer box office events today.

As I said I don't want to make light of the gestures and Widnes were very hospitable today on and off the pitch, I just wish our Chairman had been that savvy for the past 6 years icon_rolleyes.gif

I was talking about the exact same thing today at the game, even though i was saying it tongue-in-cheek.

That side is near full cap? Seriously?

Unfortunate massive amounts of dead wood there and some players probably on more than they deserve to be. Know a lot about that at Bradford.

Mate i know my rugby and the players are robbing the club.Players have the blame as need the dedication aswell.I feel the Conditioner is crap at Widnes too.Glad you came to Widnes and hopefully next season too. icon_wink.gif Hopefully can recruit better next season and a better coaching set up.

Just over 1,230 away fans at the Stobart Stadium today.

You certainly made yourselves heard.

Does anyone on here own the Platt banner? It got some ferocious action today.

No disrespect, but we should be able to beat a championship 1 side if we rest the ones with knocks.

Kearney
Rossi
Purtell
Lulia
Ainscough
Elliot
Jeffries
Manu
Diskin
Kopzcak
Elima
Elliott
Langley

Addy (as Hooker)
Bateman
Kopzcak
Burgess/Olby

Would be thrilled to see youngsters given a chance rather than play people out of position or with knocks.

It was a messy game, and your lot didn't really have to get out of second gear we were that poor today. Apparently our SC is at £1.4 million ( which is £200,000 under the limit i believe ? )
I'm still going to the game this Saturday to watch us get hammered by Saints because i'm a fan of my Club, and i turn up win lose or draw the previous game.........

Thats what being a Fan is about, supporting your Team through good and bad times, some of our lot only seem to remember the good times but forget that we are paying the price for how we did it then to where we are now. Though if you don't go through adversity sometimes, you never will appreciate the good days/years. Keep the Faith your Clubs turn will come eventually and sometimes it takes so long you hope you are around to see it.
