| Step 1 BCAFC move to Odsal.
Step 2 The rent cost decreases for BOTH team as City will not have to pay 1.25m and Odsal rent goes down for the Bulls as City will pay half.
Step 3Becasue City don't have to pay 1.25m at the beginning of each year they will have more money to spend on the squad. If they get into playoffs they will earn money.
Step 4It would cost BCAFC £5million to buy back VP, this 5mill will be made from the mony they DON'T use on rent. So in 2-3 years City can buy back VP and then not worry about rent.

I don't think it's as simple as that. There would need a fair bit spending on the ground to make it suitable for football.
The Bulls pay almost nothing in rent as it is.
City spend 600k a year on rent now and they can't afford it any more. It would take much longer than 2-3 years to save up £5m after you add in costs of moving to Odsal and general overheads.
Like I said before, City will stay at VP and pay less rent as Gibb needs the income.

From the report on the Pulse.
Bradford City would save £750,000 a year by playing at Odsal.
I think if we charged them say £300,000 a year then with both clubs at Odsal, the prospect of putting a roof over the popular side wouldn't/shouldn't be that pie in the sky?

| Seriously guys, as an outsider why on earth is there so much apathy between the two Bradford sides? It just seems very strange to me TBH. The city can easily sustain two sides of differing sports and I really just do not get it?
OK, I know the emotional attachment to VP but it really is time to move on. For fear of sounding controversial I am sure that the poor people who perished in May 1985 would rather see their club do what they had to do to survive rather than stay at a ground that only really holds bad memories as opposed to a future for the side.
I have said it time and time again, a joint 20000 stadium is the only answer.
And, just to add, I drive around in Bonnie Scotland with a Bantams sticker on my car and will soon have a shirt to wear too.

| 20,000 seater?? At least 30,000. If City gets a decent side (Championship/League 1) and Bulls start competing again then a few attendences will be above 20,000. Minimum of 25,000 at least.

| Superdome was going to be 80k capacity, with atmosphere curtains to limit to anything down to 6k.

Oh I don't know, there were times last year when I could have done with a lie down over 4 or 5 seats!

| To be honest some of that story makes sense, the Stadium of Light is 40,000 seater stadium built for £16 million. So IF we can get funds i'm sure a 30,000 seater stadium could be built for £15 million.
