thing to remember is amount we've got so far is basically the ones signed at game on sunday plus any phone pledges (which I'd guess theres a limit on how many club can take in a day depending on number of incoming phone lines) plus online pledges. Postal pledges will only have started arriving today and will need manually entering into system. And scheme wasnt advertised at all beyond those who actually attended game on sunday til yesterdays t&a piece. so basically what we're seeing so far is mainly word of mouth. Mailshots will be going out in next couple of days Id imagine which will keep impetus going combined with signing announcements. think we'll see a fairly steady rise upto 6-7k mark over next week then a slower climb upto the target over rest of september. Hopefully we'll get a steady string of gradually more exciting signings to boost interest. |
