| At the moment from who's nailed on and in the form I believe they can play, I'd pick;
Kearney
Foster (George)
Henry (George)
Blythe
Kear
Gaskell
Sammut
Scruton
L'Estrange
Carvell
Ferguson
Bateman
Donaldson
Diskin (O'Brien)
Winterstein (hmmm)
Sidlow
Manuokafoa
For me the top 3 to 'improve' (for want of a better word) are Diskin, Purtell and Olbison. Add that extra few percent and there pushing behind the team. My back-up of George is purely on when he's good! (back in 2012)
A few changes means to the above means we do lack a goal kicker though.

| Do you know if Evans is definitely with you next year ? I have not seen anything on the Wolves website, nor heard anything on the grapevine.

It's been in the local paper quite a bit; when the story has been about Evans himself and when the story is about Cummins and his plans and prep for the off-season.
The Bulls reporter in the T&A usually doesn't deal in wild speculation and often talks of the on-going negotiations between the clubs.
I'd expect it to go ahead anyway.

| Kearney
George
Henry
Blythe
Kear
Sammut/Gaskell depending on opposition
Gale
Scruton
Diskin
Sidlow
Ferguson
Winterstein
Donaldson
subs
Carvell
Nas
L'Estrange
Bateman (tho in the early part of season Addy may be in better form)
Donaldson Sidlow Diskin start for tackle quality, exchanges are for go forward. one caveat: Henry defence unknown so could be an open door paired with George, tho Wintersteins defence looks better than Whiteheads. At least we have a choice in all positions!

This story from October 4 edition of Bradford's Telegraph & Argus (local paper, the T&A) is the most overt reference to date of Evans staying at the Bulls.

Thanks again, and good luck with 2014. Looks as though the club is on a steady upward curve, even though you have been robbed of half the SL cash.

| Very few seem to be putting George in there. My only small concern with Kear is that he doesn't have that instant attack about him when he catches the ball. He tends to come inside at the very sight of a winger near him. I think George would be better regarding going straight forward down the wing with his centre. Having said that, Kear works his socks off and gives 100%. It's just my idea of how top wingers catch the ball and are off down the touch line like a whippet - not running sideways. George and Henry would be two big lads and George is quicker than Kear if Henry can fend off a tackler and set him off. I agree with above that we have put together a decent squad though and the fact we are discussing different lineups shows there is now competition for places. I would also hope Franny doesn't work with a list of players running from top to bottom. I hope the young lads will be given a go if they prove they have earned it. All of the squad should be on a level starting point - or am i just wishfull thinking.

| Very impressed with Addy tonight, looks strong going forward and great Hands, from this and watching him in SL the last couple of years I think it would be a big mistake him not being in our 17.

| Addy is developing nicely, he would be in my 13 to start next season.

| Personally I'd have Addy running out wide, as I think that's when he tends to really show up. The fact he has good hands too, would make him a really good provider for a centre IMO (in fact, I think he'd make a good centre!). With that in mind, I think I'd have him in the second row, with Bateman at 13 instead.

I've put Henry in, although I've never seen him play. More a "here's your chance, see how you do" situation. Mainly because I don't like the options of Purtell (who I just don't rate) or Luke George as centres, and agree that it's not Gaskell's best position. I'd like to see Donaldson get plenty of game time, but he's better when he starts rather than as a sub, and I'd want to have Addy, Ferguson & Bateman as the starting back row.
