I will be judgeing Mac on these criterias:

- Any improvement of players deemed to have fallen off the wagon in 2008 (Nero, Solomosa, Jeffres, Godwin etc etc)
- Quality of our new signings
- Addressing problems in our game of 2008: defence, fitness, discipline
- Any other problems & good things arising
- Progress of young players
- Media interaction - how many times he blames the ref, bad luck, other teams cheating, injuries etc etc

It'll be over by Christmas.
