If you want to see it that way. I was just thinking about maximising exposure for the sport but you prefer to just think about things from a Fax numero uno point of view.
Well at least with the current format you get to play another game in Lancashire so it's almost a home game for you.
Sheesh

| As other posters have stated Lauaki must be on fire in training if that's the criteria for getting in the 19 ahead of our other prop choices. If being readied for the middle 8's couldn't we send him to Oxford for a bit of practice? I know he's supposed to be our impact prop but for the 20 minutes game time he gets - our water carriers make more yardage.....give Samir / Davies et al a chance and let's assess the real differences.
2300+ Bulls fans should really have the place rocking.

| Slightly off topic. Didn't Ryan Bailey look splendid for Cas last night, I really wish we had signed him and not Crossley

I can see Cas being dragged into the relegation scrap big time. They are not the team of last year. Mariano looks like he could be out for the year. A couple of njuries and Cas could find themselves in the scrap.

| Soaked up quite a bit there yet 12-0 up.
We really rely on Gaskell.

| Commentators saying Bulls are a Super League club and everyone wants to beat them( and Leigh) does that mean Sky commentators have a massive chip on their shoulders
Got to say how good the ref was in the London game, by far the best this season

| I thought the refs in both of the two earlier games were very good indeed
The dynamic duo of Cobb and Hicks that we had.....not so much

| Happy with that win. Defensively we were pretty faultless. Attack - i though we were patient and got into the grind against a good, tough Fax team.
Our last tackle option wasn't the best at times.
I agree Bullseye we are relying on Gaskell a little bit, but we are missing our ball playing full back and scum half.
We just had to be patient in that game and were.
Good tough win. Now we head London who will be on a huge high after their incredible win.

| A very professional performance to do a job on a tough Fax team. As Jimmy said in the post match interview our ball retention was poor. It's a good job we defended brilliantly. I felt sorry for Ryan Shaw today, he was excellent and was in the right place to take his try and put Purtell in for his first. He was eally putting down a marker against Mendeika when he was injured. I'd like to see that challenge again too. I thought Mendeika was good when he came on. Safe under the high ball and ran the ball back aggressively. Interesting Lauaki came on so early and played longer than before. He ran well but I still think he's third man in the tackle. Crossley had a good offload game (most of the time) and a good step for a big man that started a couple of breaks. I'd have Davies, Samir and Crossley before Lauaki every time.
REally enjoyed the game and the Bulls fans made the atmosphere. Haven't been to Blackpool for years and forgot what an utterly desperate hole it is compared to Whitby or Scarborough!

| Yes the Bulls coped and defended well, equally credit has to go to Halifax for their determination and putting on a good display. They just lacked that extra bit of class. The player who's head hit Shaw new what he was doing to my mind. Sure Mendeika was impressive, a good full back taking the ball and gathering territory, he is looking a good prospect. As for Mr Lauaki seemed more like non of the Fax players wanted to run at him, cant say I blame them really. Crossley is a hell of a big bloke !! Was it Williams doing a Usain Bolt impression what pace Really good solid team performance. Game of two halves, second half got a bit scrappy but lots to take forward.
