I'd assume it will be done in a businesslike manner and what is spent on cap (assuming we're still in Sl, remember the RFL won't accept pre-conditions) will depend on how much takings are for season passes and the like.

This is like a miniature Northern Rock, with SLE as the government. Unless it's a very short term (ie sold on in the close-season) measure I can't see how it'll work.

I wonder if this is a ploy (albeit with a preparedness to act on the promise) to force the hands of the various consortia.

Sorry about this. Real thick question but if this comes to pass are all our old directors, directors no more, and would this lead to any potential buyer not having the share holder / directors structure's hamstringing them.
