| I refuse to get my hopes up - they've been dashed too many times over the past 5-6 years. As has been said it doesn't really matter if we get a super new ground if everyone's lost interest by then.
Hopefully once a deal is signed a bit more info will be forthcoming. I really hope we hear more after the end of this non season. Otherwise I doubt I'll be there next year.
Even if it all falls through a bit of straight talking from our owners would be welcome.

Unfortunately, because I had my Bulls shirt on at the meeting, my £10m fee was held back and distributed to all the other stadium consultants, I only got the pie, which had a direct effect on the quality of the product I produced. It's ok though, I'm reliability informed I can work on the proper finished version in 2 to 3 years time with full funding.

Next on the agenda? Well, I've been told there is a really good former rl half back playing ru in Wales, there's some issue over a contract clause or something, but I'm sure that's insignificant, so I reckon we should sign him as our next order of business, that'll get the fans flocking back to the Super odsal dome!....

Someone said that the Club would be used as a means to fulfil the requirement of RL needing to be played at Odsal with no real investment in it, looks like that is what's happening.
We can have a nice new stadium on the Dunnies site, another 6 months of performances / lack of communication there will be nobody to sit and watch the Bulls in it,
What I was hoping for when the Phoenix club started was a knight in shining armour new owner to take us back up to SL,
Looks like we have a mystery man Scooby Doo villain that is pulling our strings until they can start filling Odsal in.'"
I understand where you are coming from Bb but I would counter that with this:
If the Bulls and RFL came out in a few months and explained why things were done how they have been this season and how things are changing when the leases etc are sorted then I do believe most supporters will say fair enough and keep supporting the club.
Even if the RFL and club can't officially say what, how and why things are being done it could still be leaked so supporters understand.
Most of us on here have felt there must be something going on in the background for Chalmers and things to be the way they are. I still believe there is a plan that we are not being told. We may never know the full details if big business and big money are involved as that is how those people work.
I know one thing for certain though. The club can't survive as it is.
We need someone to come in and move us out of the hole and get us into a smaller modern stadium - hopefully sharing with another small club such as the union team or PA.
If he does come to the Bulls and take us onward and upwards then I don't give a damn if he and someone else makes a few bob out of the hole. Something has to happen soon.

I'd be more impressed if they added that they were refunded our gate money from this season for ing us about. As a Yorkshireman I also have a stubborn streak that would make me say "Well stuff you".

Not sure how the administrator was prevented doing his job. It was HIM who rejected the bids as they weren't good enough for the creditors and it was him who put the club into liquidation. AFAIK, the RFL didn't accept or reject any offers during the administration. They brought the the Bulls franchise (club, name, logo etc) from the administrator once he put the liquidation process in place I believe.

Didn't they have to buy them back from David Thorne? Or is that my mind playing with me. Could have sworn he had bought things form the administrator in preperation when he set the holding company up

| I think you could be right.
Also didn't Petit approve Thorne only for the RFL to put out that a new team was being set up because Pet-tit had already announced the liquidation. For once the RFL would seem to be in the right, it was the Administrator that went back on his announcement?

| So the thread regarding the Tribunal case is locked because of the kitchen troll, so thought I'd comment here, as it concerns big Nige at the RFL and the current Bulls organization, but the T&A reported that the case also names the Secretary of State of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy as someone who they are claiming against.
Now I thought I understood most of this having stood on both sides at different tribunals (100% success rate so far!) and the rules of TUPE, but this gets more bizarre. I know the government gets blamed for most things, but really can't see why they are responsible for not paying 39 members of staff at Bradford Bulls. Anyone any ideas, apart from this statement that the government are involved confirms a massive conspiracy

Alleged the administrator facilitated the meeting between Thorne and the players that were left when they claimed the liquidation hadn't gone through the process yet, and they were buying the club and TUPE transferring the players across to a new co. The administrator had locked the gates, so had to sanction opening up the ground to let the meeting go ahead
