Did you get tangled up, move your chair and forget to put it back, the Yorkie radio coms mentioned it, if it was you. lol. Good work Mick.

Peter Hood had a face of thunder at full time and while I won't repeat what he said on here, it's good to at least know that the people running the club are fully aware of the task and changes that NEED to be made.

At times I looked like the Cyber Controller tonight (you'll see what I mean if you go to the Members Forum on Thursday) with all the wires (headphone, mic, booster cable etc).
But the point I was I making to Bullsfab is that it isn't as simple as just turning up and pressing the start button.
There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes.

Tom Burgess
I had the Bulls following tonight at 1000+ which is a fantastic show of support when you see that have finished the season in 11th spot.
It's such a shame that the players performance out there on the field couldn't match the supporters enthusiasm and loyalty on the terracing.
Burgess was quite simply unstoppable for the Royston try (bowling ball and skittles come to mind).
In fact I'm going to christen the term/nickname bowling ball for young Tom right now

Champs to chumps. Very well done.
Like I said, I'll be happy when he's long gone.'"
Be careful what you wish for. And I'm still waiting for your nominated successor. Who is he, Mike? SOMEBODY has to do the job - for no pay and a load of personal grief. Who is YOUR candidate? And, as I said, why - when Hood has only 7% of the shares and so has bugger all votes in the scheme of things, has your man not already ousted him? Who is he Mike, and why?
I'm no Hood worshipper. Personally, I find him difficult to talk to, and have virtually no dealings with him. But he is the only one who seemed prepared to take job on. With what was then I think the smallest shareholding round the boardroom table, he certainly cannot have seized the job!!
And you are making the big mistake of failing to distinguish between symptoms and causes, IMO. In particular, we did not run out of money BECAUSE Hood and Macca took the reins. Hood and Macca took the reins WHEN we ran out of money. That is a rather fundamental difference, would you not say, with some pretty profound implications? Why did your men Noble and Caisley not stick around to solve the crisis we were in then? After all, Caisley had 27% of the shares, Hood only 7%, so Caisley just needed another couple of directors or so on side and he could have done what he wanted - and made sure Noble stayed. So why did he go?
Another one to ask yourself there, Mike.
As I said, lack of money is far from being the whole story. A shareholding profile that is not sustainable and I fear can only eventually end in tears is part of the story, as is being stuck in this city (If I call it a "failing" city Bullseye will play hell with me again, so I'll leave folk to prefix "city" with a suitable adjective of their choice) with a largely apathetic population and a useless local authority and no prospect of a new stadium. But running out of money five years or so ago, and all those other factors, cannot be laid entirely or even substantially at the door of your two guilty men - can they?

| Feel sorry for all you guys. What happened to the all conquering Bulls of a few years ago? (rheotorical question) As a Wigan fan i used to dread going to Odsal when the likes of Vainikolo, Hape etc ran rings around us.

We ran out of money. And never found a sugar daddy or a half-competent and supportive local authority.

| The players once again doing their bit to give the pledge one final big push. 8 days left to go and the pledge counter on 5200... the 12k always looked mission impossible but can we even manage to hit five figures?
The fans forum isn't going to be a cheerful room on Thursday.

| Maybe the club will surprise us all on Thursday by announcing a marquee messiah signing?
Its about the only thing I can think of that might just lift this depression a bit right now.
I just hope they don't surprise us by announcing something very much the opposite.

I'm coming to the forum even not been a member, if I don't get let in fine I won't waste any more time money or energy on a club that treats its fans like fools.

| Burgess is another big unit but knows what he's doing and uses the ball well. As soon as he started making holes your old friend Mr Morrison picked him out a few times and stopped him steam rolling us. Hope we keep him.

I don't have to nominate anybody, Adey. Im just saying that I'll be glad when he's gone and this culture of failure is fully behind us.
