Excellent idea! Make sure Hood is aware of this if he isn't already as he has said that he will only accept pledges if he is confident we can find the other 500k so ideas like this will reassure him that as a club and community and with a lot of help from you the club can get through this!
As an idea for when to do it, what about finishing it just before kick of of the Huddersfield game (22nd I think) and perhaps the club could sort it out for you to finish on the centre spot running out to the pitch with the team?
I definitely think that you will raise a lot of money with this especially if it gets the media coverage it deserves from Sky (Boots'N'All etc.), Look North and the national papers!

James and Andy are going to need some help. If anybody can help them with things such as setting up accounts, Paypal etc I'm sure they would be grateful. Also they are going to need support, the Bulls could offer some of this in the form of logistics (Minibus, collection buckets, flyers, posters etc) Clothing, camping equipment or B&B. I have tried to contact a few outlets but haven't heard anything yet. Sports drinks, power bars and supplements could come from Team supplier JST.
Bullman and Bullboy could join in, Chearleaders, ex players, Sky pundits Stevo and Clarkey, Barry and Terry. I suggest you contact Andy if you think you can help.

Im in count me in for £20 fantastic idea. Its just an idea but I think it would help if you could print off some sponsor forms for friends and family cos I can guarantee they would be willing to put their hand sin their pockets for such a brave person. My dad ran a gymn club for a lot of years for kids with special needs such as downs syndrome and it never ceases to amaze me the bravery and determination of people affected by such a severe mental handicap. An inspiration in every sense of the word!

having done Wakey to Hudds walks looking at a 150 mile walk isn't something to be sniffed at so take it that you are both capable of doing the distance,
the distance we did was around 15 mile on the day and still ended up with blisters so I would take care in your preparations and would like to wish you good travels if you get the go ahead, I wouldn't like to think that I was doing it
