If it is from GB I would think definitely. I would prefer he stayed at London & continue the apparently excellent development work which is more vital to the good of the game.

TBF I think of the names being bandied about he's probably our best option if were sticking to a british coach. He's got a good reputation for bringing youth through and he's been a bit hamstrung this year with the sheer weight of injuries quins have suffered. I really hope we look overseas though. We need something to kick start interest up at Odsal imo.

| What's Peter Sharp doing atm?
If we're going for a British coach then Noble & McDermott in that order. I'd still hate to see McDermott coaching us anytime soon though.

Everybody in the country knew Macca was getting the England job. Sharp will be lucky if he ever gets a head coach job in SL again.

Don't think so. I seem to remember that last time round Lowes left after they had a bit of a fall out.

I totally agree. However McDermott is doing ok tonight though over at Wigan where no-one gave them a prayer, 38-26 up with only a few min left, fantastic result for McDermott and Quins if they hold on
edit - FT, well done McDermott and quins, 5 unanswered points to come back from 20 points down at half time against Wigan.... I've seen that somewhere else this season..
