| The longer this goes on (the silence) the more I think there is an endgame already decided. The fatman is behind something. Why turn down better offers to buy the club by various parties to put these two in place, one even had to re-mortgage his house to raise the money we were told. I still think the ground is the key and the RL and the fatman want it for themselves and not let anybody else take advantage of it, so they put two puppets in place. Meanwhile the club is being let to die, like the whole game with it being run by Fatty and his cohorts.

| Same here. I notice Ethan Ryan is being looked at by Leigh. Brandan Wilkinson also attracting attention.
Wouldn't blame them for a second if they left.
Chalmers is obviously just being paid to fulfil fixtures until some sort of endgame is sorted out which may be bright if you listen to some or may be oblivion if you listen to others.
Whichever it turns out to be it makes carrying on going to watch 50 point stuffings this season a pointless exercise. The owners obviously aren't serious about improving things this season and that attitude is starting to show on the field and on the terraces as people vote with their feet. There will be lucky to be 2000 at the Dewsbury game. Lose that and we'll be below 1000 per game before long and that's it then.

| Dewsbury is away isn't it, which could just about kill our season as it won't be an easy place to get any points, especially since we are so low on confidence and form.
Think next game at Odsal is Fev, so anther stuffing at home to whet the appetite.

| Is it away? Shows how much attention I pay now!
Interestingly I was talking to someone in the Southbank yesterday who was at the Fev match and spoke to Richard Moore afterwards. He apparently said they eased up on the Bulls in the latter part of the game as he felt it was being too hard on the kids, some of whom looked physically scared.
When you hear things like that you wonder what the point of this charade is other than to save the embarrassment of the RFL.

| I can't see the team that was on the park yesterday winning another game all year, and it's absolutely down to the physicality of the opposition compared to our youngsters - lets not forget even the loanees are still kids. London ran through us yesterday, almost at will.
I've said it before and I stand by it, they are risking their careers playing week in week out given the potential of being badly hurt against grown men, and they'd be mad to not be looking elsewhere in the absence of any comms from our placeholder owners.
I say placeholder, as I'm now convinced that's exactly what they are, one of them used his programme notes yesterday to tell us all about his lunch in Auckland, seriously WTF!

| Lowe's column is a joke. Chalmers is invisible. You have to wonder if Beattie and the players get a similar response from them. It would explain how enthusiasm seems to have dropped away in the past 5-6 weeks. Why put your body on the line if you're not getting the backing of those in charge.
Signing loan players and duel reg players just means you lack continuity and also there is less commitment.
I suspect trouble brewing behind the scenes. Still no card machine in the shop. Attendances dropping off if there were really 3633 supporters there yesterday they must have been queuing up at the bar or something for 80mins.

For me it's all psychological rather than Physical right now. We had some superb wins this season with a team probably younger on average than the one yesterday. Right now we are shot confidence wise. As i said on the other forum, just go back to basics with the big men like Oledzki and Peltier running straight and as hard as they can. I'm still holding out hope as we've still all the bottom teams to play and that one win and getting on zero will release all the pressure and all the crap currently on these young players shoulders. The question is where are these wins going to come from. Dewsbury away is going to be be tough. It will be a horrible game to play in as well.

| We lack leaders on the field. Pryce is crocked and Moore will be gone soon. We got a taste of what it will be like. Lilley was the one doing all the talking under the sticks. He's just a kid himself.
Can't see where the next win is coming from.

| It's not psychological. the two main factors were a) continually giving away possession - you will never have a chance if you never have the ball - and (b) being completely and totally physically dominated from 1 - 17. Like I said, dads v lads.
Anyway, ChaLowe or whoever is reporting to them would plainly realise that this is suicide, if they were listening, and so we are wasting our breath and our keyboards.
Oh, and *IF* it turned out we've some kind of "GetOutOfJailFree" card promised (which I don't believe for even second) that may be handy for the owners, but if that's it, then it is also a big finger up all the mug supporters, who thought the games actually mattered, and it wasn't just a redundant poitless season of drubbings. And that the "owners" would tell us what they were doing, by which I don't mean anecdotes about what was for lunch in the Wellington fscking Waldorf.
How Lowe thought it appropriate to write about the random waffle that he did, on the back of some serious canings, tells me all I need to know.

| In the yorkshire junior leagues (at u12 anyway), the score is capped at 50points, so not to dishearten the kids too much if they come up against a complete mismatch. Perhaps we could ask the RFL for the same rule?

That would be good. We could all just leave at half time then.

| Will a televised 70-80 point thrashing get a comment out of Chalmers?

No, but I'm sure we'll find out what Lowe had for his tea.
