1589.jpg when two opposite points of view are expressed with equal intensity, the truth does not necessarily lie exactly halfway between them. It is possible for one side to be simply wrong.:1589.jpg |

| You could always phone HMV in Bradford as they are the official music supplier to the Bradford Bulls, although you may be aware of this as they now take the opportunity to run down the list of sponsors with alarming regularity this season.
I'm half expecting them to announce every conversion with "Matt Orford sponsored by Selco Builders Warehouse, not sponsored by JCT600 the main sponsor for the Bradford Bulls, nor is he sponsored by HMV, the official music supplier to the Bradford Bulls"

I know what you mean! I always thought it was a bit tiresome when announcers at away grounds went through the full list when giving out the team, but ultimately it's all cash in the bank for the clubs so really I suppose the more the advertisers perceive they are getting value for money the more likely they are to repeat the sponsorship, which is a win win situation for the clubs.

| I think that if I had to listen to a CD of songs played at rugby (or any sport for that matter) matches, without the atmosphere that goes with a match, I would end up cutting my throat. Probably before the end of Cotton Eye Joe.

Yeah I'd agree with that. While I am perfectly happy listening to the likes of Iron Maiden, Metallica, Queen and Def Leppard, I don't think I could manage Rednex, Tony Christie, Tina Turner and Sam the Sham for long before I had an episode.

I think we're quite lucky at the Bulls in that they do play different tunes for tries, unlike some clubs (Wire, Cas) where all you get is the same one (I've forgotten what it's called but we know it as the 'we all hate Leeds' tune), now that would drive me mad!

Tom Hark by the pirahanas that one lol - and your right about Cas, all they play is that and tiger feet.
Mind you Wakey used to play a theme tune from an american kids cartoon called "Wildcats" which was awful and also some strange growling noises when the team was read out, wouldn't have been so bad, but it sounded more like depraved belching.
