| I suspect that result says just as much about Widnes as it does us.
Having said that, you can only play what's in front of you and we were very clinical. Keyes was always the best half on our books so it's great to see him back enjoying his rugby.

| I think that whole scoring a hat trick and nailing touchline conversions thing is a bit naff. Sorry Keyes you need to get back on message.

| For me that was a better performance than against Leeds. Leeds win was sheer guts and determination, today was a complete team performance from all 17. Forwards won the battle up front and gave the halves time on the ball. I thought Pick had his best game this year and was really safe under the high balls. To chase back twice to prevent Widnes scoring when we were 60 points up was fantastic.

| Great performance today from 1-17.Special mention to Pickersgill for catching those bombs and how did he get that ball down for his try. Forwards played really well, seemed a lot
more mobile and don't think we missed Crossley one bit.

| Very impressive display. Widnes were clearly not at the races but I thought our effort levels really knocked the enthusiasm out of Widnes early doors. Keyes has just stormed back in excellent form and it really is unbelievable to think this is his 2nd game back in the 1st team. If we can keep him fit and firing we might still have a chance of sneaking into that 5th spot. Plenty still to play for but also plenty of tough games still to come. Away to Toulouse next up, which will be a huge test but hopefully we will go there with a similar attitude to Toronto and really try and play some positive rugby against them.

| Anyone know from where Mr. Kear watched that performance today? Missed his finger twitching presence to the side of the Bulla dugout.

| That Bradford Bulls performance today occasionally touched perfection, especially in that scintillating opening half.
And, into the bargain, they have given a huge boost to what may yet be a decisive points difference equation on just who exactly makes the top five playoffs.
Time to start packing for Toulouse.

They made a couple of breaks and, when they had the ball, they could move it around. But today was Bradford's day, every 50/50 bounce went for the Bulls and Widnes' frustration with the game cost them dearly, especially when Brown got a silly sin binning and the Bulls took advantage of the extra man for 10 minutes

| I know Keyes was class today but I have to say big wraps to Magrin. Plenty have slated him this season (myself included, and rightly so) but he was class today. Led from the front from minute one and tackled his backside off. Huge difference from the Magrin we saw early season.
Pickersgill was outstanding today! Just gutted he didn’t quite have the pace to get on Hitchcox’s inside but certainly backed up superbly for the tries he created and the one he scored!
Minchella was back to his best too! Awesome to see!
Kirk provided a solid platform too today!
Only one question, was Storton injured or just simply not selected?

| Completely agree with all posts above but amazed no one had mentioned how well Bustin went yesterday. Long spell, made metres after contact every time and his defence was brutal.

| Looks to me like Kear knew they'd be fragile after three games and the PT announcement this week. Sent the lads out with hit first and hit bloody hard game plan knowing full well if there was daylight after 20 mins they'd probably start to crumble.
The pleasing things from the game were we did just that to perfection: pulled them from side to side, blitzed them to the point they looked dazed but when the daylight was there they did not relent, not one bit.
Even when, lets be fair, some of us wouldn't have begrudged Widnes a consolation try, they were having none of it...and since Keyes has come back Lilley's found his kicking game again. Yes Keyes ran the show but some of those steps from Lilley yesterday, as he was about to get flattened, to still get a decent kick away were fantastic.

I presume with us having Toulouse this week and Garside being a teacher he won't be able to play so Kear decided to rest Storton this week.
