The points deduction was for going into admin. It's set out in the rules so no complaints on that score IMO. Salford haven't gone into administration so there's no reason for a points deduction to be applied. |

This is pathetic. The RFL are being pretty short sighted IMO. This is a historic sporting event. The local football team have become the first side from division four to play in a major cup final. It's at wembley and they're gonna be taking 30K plus fans.
It's not like playing our game on the Friday is going to detract from the attendance at Headingley is it? It'd be a sell out whether the Bulls play or not.
Well that's it then I miss a game but it's the RFL's fault IMO. I can see why the Bulls can't play it and I certainly can't begrudge City fans their big day out. I'm a town fan and I'm right behind them.

But someone with family responsibilities can now bring their young children to the game. It's great that Omar is thinking of RL as a family sport & embracing the government's drive to support married couples. |
