It was the pressure from Hall Moon and Ablett - 2 internationals and a top class Aussie.One on one tackling did not seem to pose a problem.
I think this game against a team not expected to feature in the middle 8 is a perfect opportunity for his debut. |

That's the problem, one month on when he was supposed to be fit to feature ina friendly, but no word. As I assume if he is now fit he'd certainly feature in the squad, that suggests he's had another setback. Anybody heard anything? If fully fit, he would surely be a stellar addition to any Championship squad, he's not a Championship level player. |

It's just details of the new competition to identify a Bulls fan to referee the return match against Leigh. As with the Leigh guy the competition winner will not need to demonstrate any particular competence or experience.

Only been standing on the terraces for 48 years...... not continuously mind. Main claim to fame is I used to eat my lunch in City Hall canteen with the great Terry Price and occasionally he brought Berwyn Jones. So relatively new to things then. I presume you thought my post was mischievous and it probably was, but I'm still seething about the refs contribution to the game. |
