If sammut left it would be a disaster. Its clear that when he's fit he makes a massive difference to how we play and gives us so many options going forward. Players of his quality are in short supply, we are lucky to have him here

I would certainly hope we have at least spoken to Wood's agent though. He is quality and I'd have him in my side in a heartbeat.

Woods supposed to be lined up for Wigan. Can't understand wire letting Carvell,Morley cooper and wood all leave at once with so far just asostasi coming in. Plus Evans returning from loan. They must have more props incoming but yet to be announced.

He as been on one of Sir Alex's new management courses, but if you have to deal with players agents I would go for more of a hay fork. In the old days a gentlemen would swiftly deal with these vermin with both barrels of his Purdy!

Briers has apparently stated he may leave Warrington at the end of the season and has already spoken to a couple of clubs. Great player but would we , at his age, have any need for him?

Assume he would not be expecting to be in the starting 13 - so could control his game time and hopefully his fitness. Not quite the legendary status of the "Beaver" but a mountain of experience to bring to the table. |
