I came on here to put an end to rumours of the fight in as unbiased a way as possible. Not one point did i say i was innocent and can go on record and say that the initial fight was not caused by me or anyone in my family. The fight started when a random bradford fan threw a punch which created a scuffle. I didnt even hit anyone in the fight but i came on here to stress why fighting in rugby league is wrong as it is a exemplary sport in the sense of excellent crowd behaviour. I came on here to apologise to anyone caught in the crossfire and dispel needless rumours.

Give the guy a break, he's come on and admitted he was wrong. Yes fighting is wrong, but if the incident went down as he said it did and if somebody belted somebody in my family then I would have got involved too. I'm gonna give the guy credit for two things, firstly for manning up and admitting his part and possibly facing the consequences of his actions and secondly for sticking up for his own.

No that isnt what happened and it is speculation like that which creates more problems.

the leeds fan in question was taunting bulls fans which i said to his mother or the older woman he was with that he cant do that as it creates tension and if he wants to act like that then stand with the leeds fans. The woman reacted angrily to my comment and told me to off and insulted my family including my little cousins and older grandparent. The leeds fan then started to point and shout while being constrained by his father or something like that and a part which i didnt see where a bulls fan threw a punch which was broken up. While the leeds fan walked off he came back down and threw another punch at someone from behind which a member of my family took offence to. It was then and only then that a few member s of security tried to break up the brawl.

If you bother to read on here you can see that i and another have stated that the stewards were slow and late to react. Fans ushered in the stewards to initially remove the leeds fan but to no avail as previously mentioned.

However if someone collars one of them (stewards) then they have to do something, taking the law into ones hands is disgraceful

I don't justify fighting and i am against it, but i have it on good authority that a steward was called who was next to the fight but just stood there mouth open with no action!

i noticed they was quite a few whinos in the popular stand , most where ok , but a fair few where leatherd

, why would you want to stand within a set of rival fan's causing hassle ..
unless they where that pi**ed they did nt even realise where they were ....

i heard one off the lad's who was involved took a nose dive from half way down the concrete step's .. (bloody hell i bet that hurt)
