I'd say it was a press release rather than a conference.
Anyway it's nice to see the t&a reporting the wrong day (Sunday) for our game against Toulouse in their article this morning. Quality journalism as always

| People should remember that has a fan all they are to the club is someone who pays to watch matches. Club owners, players, coaches etc will come and go and they look at fans involvement in the same detached way. They look on the fanbase as a single entity and not as 4,000 individuals that have invested thousands of pounds and many years in the club. Unfortunately if you want to be looked on any differently you are in the wrong game. And this is no having a go at the Bulls or the new owners, it is the same at every club.

Without the fanbase (collective) there would be no club, it's as simple as that. So I think it would be quite prudent of the owners to not take that fanbase for granted. I'm not suggesting that's what they are doing, but the overriding opinion on here is that the silence from the top is deafening. I think it's a safe bet that the majority of our 4k core support is feeling the same way.
Nobody is asking for a personal chat with Chalmers & Lowe or anything like that so I'm not sure what prompted you to post that.

| Quote: Errol Stock "Ditto this and.. very important message - they need to understand what the effects of three admins has on those of who are sticking by the club.
Also - I think that bearing in mind the only person who appears to be bothered getting upto Tong for some news/interviews is Mick.
The T & A have given up and the Bulls web site news page is beyond a joke.
So I think its time to lay off the sarcastic jibes and leave be now.'"
I endorse this comment.
We all like to come on here as a form of entertainment but it is too easy to criticise - and some people seem to enjoy doing it.
Mick isn't perfect but none of us are. He is giving a service to a lot of people.
There is a very simple solution - don't read comments from some posters. It works for me.
So lets just accept that.

The old saying is that, "without the players there is no game", but it's equally true that "without the fans, there is no [iprofessional[/i game".
If they keep chipping away at the fan base it will lose its critical mass. IMO, at the moment most fans are frustrated rather than annoyed, but the longer the frustration burns, the more folk will become annoyed and then probably disaffected. I don't believe it's too late yet, but the time to start this 'communicating' is now. Surely, even if they themselves haven't time to do it, they must have someone watching social media and gauging their [icustomers'[/i reaction to what is going on?

| A few losses certainly puts things into perspective and raises old doubts we had at the beginning of the season.
I can't help but think this game is another tough one we'll lose without our loanee props. Reinforcements needed asap.

To be fair, even with a full strength squad i think we're on for a bit of a spanking. I don't think Toulouse have lost to anyone at home, including Hull KR. For me it's about damage limitation (lose by less than 30) and no new injuries.
The Sheffield game the week after would be a disaster if we lose. Be a tasty one too.

Especially if the Chisholm situation can be sorted out prior to that game!

| Can't argue with that. Chisholm in the side with Murray and Peltier back and we're looking much better.
Damage limitation hopefully this weekend.

Obviously Sheff won't be in a rush to resolve it until after the match.

| Again, just like Featherstone away, this is pretty much an irrelevant fixture in the sense that those teams around us at the foot of the table won't be picking up points there either. We actually did well to beat them at home tbh, that could be a crucial 2 points come the end of the season.

Of course not, providing the talk of his contract ending on May 1st isn't true. But if it is, they won't be able to stop him signing will they?
I've lost track completely now

Could be a bit of a cricket score. For me i'd wouldn't bother risking Pryce.

| I wondered that as well. I don't think we've heard a word about why he's not playing?
Storton? Who he?
Where's Bentley
It looks like a squad that gives meaning to the term 'lambs to the slaughter'
