| Same old.
No creativity whatsofekkinever. Curse the arts holes who have left us with no scum Half all these years. We look utterly lost with the ball.
Our kamikaze self-destruct infection is absolutely rampant at the moment. This too has gone on for years, and is harder to explain, but the whole team sometimes has a determination to find ever more bizarre ways to give the opposition the ball back. Today's Gold Award was whoever caught the ball in goal, went one way, then the other, then dropped it in front of a Fax player. How do you coach against this stuff?
Runner up- Welham. A good Bulls move, not tackled, could do anything, so chooses to get himself bundled into touch.
Overall, Fax looked so much livelier and inventive, and when in attack, always posed a threat. We were the opposite, one man plunges and kicks is pretty much all we had to offer and so with all the possession we had inside their 20, you never thought we were going to score, just no idea at all.
Looking for any positives, not many today. We started okay (but only posted 6 points for all that position and effort). Our pack probably matched theirs. Pitts and O'Brien did well. But while we probably do have a number of decent players potentially, the lack of any halfback lead means we end up looking like a team of plodders. If we don't make the 8s it may be a mercy. If we were playing the Rhinos they would need a Cray supercomputer to keep the score.

| Would help if we had some sort of settled squad, and its like banging your head against a brick wall but when you look at Fax what a difference a settled half back combo make. Season is as good as over now, we'll get a thumping from Leigh next week and be looking for other results to bail us out to make 4th now.
Smith has been given an impossible task, we held on to Lowes for too long so he hasn't really got enough time with some of the deadwood in the squad to change anything for a proper promotion push, but it's a long way until the start of next year to make his own squad.
We start of games well enough like today and last week, but as soon as the opposition score we haven't a clue what to do. Thought we were unlucky to go in at HT behind, but second half we never turned up. Out enthused again by Fax, think some of those who played in this fixture over Easter might have learned a lesson about team spirit. Not much to shout about at the moment.

| Hey guys. Wake up. In this league people are going to mess around in the tackle. They've done it for the last two years. Haven't you realised?

| We won't make the 4 now. I fear part time rugby beckons.

| Don't think Smith has been given impossible task. He needs to get through to the nuggets that not only are the not SL standard but they are only average CH players. If they want to keep getting paid to play rugby and not get paid to work in a factory and get £30 to play rugby they need to get their fingers out,

| We can get all technical about the play the ball and speed of ruck etc.
At the end of the day Fax wanted it and we didn't. They were prepared for a fight. We weren't. We were utterly bullied.

| I saw plenty of messing about in the tackle from Halifax but I also saw plenty of Bulls players trying to con the ref by attempting to milk penalties, which is really starting to bake my biscuit now. Not only are they not fully in control of the ball because they have the opposition players arm clamped under theirs but we also have little chance of getting on a roll because they would rather thrash about on the floor than fight to get up to play it quickly. Saw it happen loads today.
On another note, I won't be too disappointed to see Charnock return to Saints. Thomas might have offered more in attack today. I rate Charnocks kicking game but Addy did the kicking today. He seems very flat footed in attack and I haven't seen a great passing game from him either.
The only positive from today for me was Howarth. He looks like he will compliment O'brien well.

It was Pitts he never had full control of it fumbled it tried picking up again and totally missed it again should have put his foot through it and leathered it too Morrisons.

Addy took over never let Charnock get involved. We played better with Haggerty in at stand off last week.

We weren't very good last week either. Charnock had a decent kicking game but other than that his game is bang average. Haggerty ran strong and had an ok game but he just played like a good 2nd rower, something that he couldn't manage today.

| Danny Addy's afternoon is going from bad to worse. He's having a bit of meltdown on Twitter after being goaded by some troll. Very unprofessional conduct.
