From what little I've seen he's definitely not ready for 1st team - yet.

To be honest I dont think it matters his good they are as I dont think they will be given an opportunity.
It's a position coaches seem reluctant to give a chance to.

We had a young HB who didn't get a chance last year while we persisted with Addy and Purtell.

A third of Thursday's senior side came through the Academy ranks and here's hoping a good few of these youngsters will follow that path.

Season ticket holders can actually see a decent side for free if they go to either of our U19 or U16 teams. They both play attractive rugby and have been getting good results.

Yep. If i were Lowes i'd throw one or two in the first team (He won't by the way). Fans are always much more patient with a homegrown player making a mistake. I'd throw Zak Baker in there at HB. Probably not ready but we've tried everyone else. What have we got to lose?
