| The cup was always going to be a distraction considering everything that has gone on this year. I'm glad it's out of the way and we can now focus on the primary objective of staying in Super League. Don't get me wrong, a trip to Wembley would have been fantastic but securing our place in the top flight is a higher priority in my opinion.
Warrington blew us away in the second half. Some poor errors crept back into our game. Big turnaround needed for next weeks trip to Salford.

| Clearly 2nd best today and Warrington were clearly a class above us in every department. We don't help ourselves though, how often do we score a try and then let the ball bounce out from kick off? It honestly feels like we let this happen each week! I thought leaving the ground that we didn't exactly get our fair share of the 50/50 calls which gave Wire a further leg up they clearly didn't need.
I expect it'll be all Luke Gale's fault though, although admittedly he had one of his less impressive games.

When your the teams only real play maker, and you consistently don't 'make plays', then yeah, that is sort of your fault.

| Gale struggles because he's the only one with any idea how to make play so he's very tightly marked and often the quality of lines teammates take is appalling. That said he made a few cock ups today that were unforced.
Tim to concentrate on the league. Two very important games coming up that we have a chance in if everyone plays to their potential.

| Thought we went ok upto point wire scored straight after we'd narrowed gap to eight at start of second half. We looked to lose confidence at that point and wire pulled away. Important thing is no injuries and some of longer term injuries that came back last week getting more match fitness.

| Any ideas what 'knock' Ferguson had? Really disappointed that he hasn't been able to contribute more so far this year. Desperately need a good run off him in the 2nd half of the season.

He's been a complete and utter disaster of a signing. I'm guessing he's on a farily decent wage too, considering we signed him from last year's minor premiers.
If we rested him today, then fine, I'm ok with that. But if he's injured again then he can feck off tbh, stealing a wage.

| I think it's a bit harsh to have a go at somebody because they are injured,I agree with you about signing somebody from minor premiers and we all expected big things.
The guys had a back operation(and I've had 2 ops on my back) it's got to be the worst part of the body to have an operation and then play rugby

Absolutely, it isn't the poor guys fault that he has been injured. But it doesn't make it any less disappointing, let's hope he gets a run of games before it's too late for our season. I think he has the talent to have a huge impact for us.

Agreed. I'm sure FC wouldn't have bothered risking anybody if they weren't 100% fit. Give him an extra week to rest up before we head over to Salford.

| It's just frustrating how he can go so well for Hudds last season, play most of the world cup for scotland, and then miss almost half of a season for us through some inconspicuous back problem.
Just more bad luck for our club I suppose.

Quite an ironic statement to make that considering today some of your fans said they were hoping Michael Monaghan had broke his ankle when he went off injured.

Well I can assure you I wouldn't be saying that
Nothus,I can agree with your frustration regarding Ferguson.I too was thinking we have a really good second rower, but injuries have dictated different at the moment

I think most reasonable Bulls fan wouldn't wish injury on a player. Any idea who will referee your matches if he does have some time on the sidelines though?
