| Agree with most of what all other Hull fans have said, Pitts is a good solid player, excellent defender and has a good bit of skill about him at times (watch his pass he gives Horne is our SL game against Salford), for me he doesn't quite do enough in attack and maybe lacks size to become a top class forward. Hull are very strong in the backrow this year.
My thoughts are well documented on Arundel as I am not convinced he is good enough to play for a team who wants to finish in the top 6, though I do agree he has been a bit unlucky with injuries and that hasn't helped him, be interesting to see how he goes for you with a run of games, I hope he proves me wrong.
Not sure if it has been mentioned but Pitts hasn't played in the cup for us, so he will be able to play for you this weekend, Arundel played for us against Salford.

| Wonder what John McEnroe would make of us signing the Pitts of the earth?

| Pitts will do a good job for you - would be top class if just slightly bigger but doesn't want for effort, determination and skill. Arundel has shown little at Hull and has failed to nail down a spot in a position where we've not exactly been bristling with form players. Maybe he'll go better for you than anything we've seen of him at Hull.

| We're not really totally desperate for centres to be fair, more desperate for forwards but generally 'thin' everywhere, so both will be welcomed with open arms.
Sometimes a player can be a better 'fit' in one team than another, so hoping this is the case with Arundel at the Bulls. He looked a decent prospect when he was at Cas, though I guess that is why FC were interested in him in the first place.

| Was starting to emerge at Wakey, then Leeds put in an offer of £30,000 and off he went.
But like a lot of players that go to Leeds, had to compete with a lot of other good juniors.
There was talk of him coming back to Wakey before the season started but we had or have plenty of 2nd rowers.
Think he could be a really good signing for you.

| Too little too late. They won't change the way the Team is playing, that's got to come from above. A constant trickle of new Players in and out of the Squad isn't what's needed to help us.

| Arundel should be ahead of Yeaman at Hull imo. Although with the signing of Sa now imminent they could both find themselves out of the team. He hasn't really been given a fair crack with no real run in the team but he has potential.
Pitts is a very talented forward with a great skill set. LF is his best position, but with Westerman playing really well at Hull he has only really been used in the front row, and with Paea, Carvell, Bowden, Watts, Feka, Green and Thompson all ahead of him his chances are going to be very limited. I think if Arundel does well he will find he has a future at Hull, Pitts, unless we have a big injury crisis, has probably played his last game for us, which is a shame because I really like him. He just lacks a bit of size.

| If we can get Pitts for the season I would be very hapy as he could play in his preferred position of back row/LF. Burke should be back from injury anytime soon and Wane said as soon as he is fit he will return for us. With the way Wigan are playing we could hopefully keep him for season.

| We need 2 props for definite but time is quickly evaporating, burke and mulally back would be a great start plus 1 more is what we need but its far to late IMO, we may win a few more games but i think we will be short, so im just going to try and enjoy what remains of the season.
Who knows a shock win over Catalan tomorrow maybe the tonic we need.

| I wasn't particularly interested in the CC and I won't be devastated if we lose tomorrow but I think we need a good performance tomorrow for the teams confidence. A victory seems unlikely but it might just give the players the lift they clearly need.

Agree about no interest in CC. Worst thing thay could happen tomorrow is playing poorly but being a close game and coaching staff thinking everything is ok. The two results from Wigan and Leeds could be a good thing as it gives everyone at the club a rocket that things need changing.

| MANAGING DIRECTOR Steve Ferres is urging supporters to get behind Francis Cummins' men on Sunday as Bradford Bulls welcome Catalan Dragons to The Provident Stadium, in round five of the Tetley's Challenge Cup.
“It would be fantastic to see a strong crowd getting behind the boys on Sunday, in what is a very important game for the club,” said Ferres.
I think it's about time the Team gave the fans something to get behind! Show us some Pride and fight for each other.

Can't see it being anything BUT a trickle to be fair, and what's worse, with loanees it [icould[/i be like a revolving door.
None of us knows what money is available but it is a fact that there are few players available to sign and probably even fewer [thinking mainly about overseas players here] who would want to commit to a club in our position. There may be the odd one or two, I guess, and hopefully the pieces will fall our way - but I'm not holding my breath.
