Lulia was great in attack and defence today. Same can be said for Bateman. Langley was immense taking the ball in today aswell.

Conversely, if we'd have had some of our injured players back, you probably wouldn't have done.

Kearney def bounced it and did touch it before it went out, should have been a hull tap. The obstruction non-try was at the other end.
Worst decision was giving the 2 points for the missed conversion for hulls first try! Couldnt have had a better view and it went 2/3 foot wide of the post!
Great game and atmosphere, was expecting some stick from Hull fans but they were brilliant, massive respect for them. Hull are now a good team to watch too, very quick and mobile across the field.

That point came across in commentary. In fact the one criticism they had was Addy's kicking game was a bit directionless. But that's about experience as much as anything, and he'll be better in the long run for getting game time last night.

For sure he wasn't the standout but his workrate is increasing, both in attack, where he came in to take the ball up the middle, and also in defence where he took the high stuff well and seemed generally more secure with tackling than of late.

Truth is you can always argue that he might have done more, but he did actually little wrong, certainly nothing to say he should be dropped.

Yeah, from my vantage point directly behind the posts, it was a clear knock on - I've seen them given, as they say, but it was never a try and should have been a 20m restart. That second decision being one of a few extraordinary ones from Messr Alibert, last night.

I was worried about the Lullia/Crookes combo both have looked very good when i have seen them on sky, they should have got more ball. Langley, Kearney and your hookers were great for you, but as you say your halves were poor. With Jefferies things might have been different but we had a lot out too, especially in the front row which is where you had us beaten.

Tbf what an effort from the lads. Bateman was absolute quality, Langley got through a massive amount of work. And we threw the ball about well.
