I think Herbert will be a good player for us if he is a consistent individual. I think if Leon comes back we will be in the top three this year.... I just hope this is not a panic signing. Does anyone know what the situation is with Orford?

Doubt it is Sammutt given he played for Crusaders today. If he was leaving this week doubt he'd have risked a game today. Crusaders would also be looking at other half back options in the game had he been leaving

Interesting news breaking on Twitter and looks highly likely that Orford will be annonced as a Canberra player in Aus today (so prob confirmed over here tomorrow)
Various reports as regards how it has been resolved but if true I'm just glad it has, time to move on.
For a supposed marquee signing Orford, even when fit, never did it for me anyway.

I don't know the second half of the Wigan game at Odsal was pretty special with Orford running the show and I still stand by what I said in that without him we wouldn't have won. |
