seem to remember halley was offered a longer deal last year but turned it down, in favor of a shorter deal so he could a earn a longer deal but on better terms this year, which he has done.

Pleased to see him tied up for a couple of years. It should be enough time to develop him further at FB too. He isn't the the finished article quite yet but I am sure if he continues to work hard then he can be pushing for a spot with England.

Assuming, of course, that he gives up playing for Wales.
