| That was one of the problems. We were short on forwards anyway and i don't think he came back in the 2nd half. The longer the game went on, the more pressure we were under up front

| I didn't see Murray go down with an injury during the game. Was he removed as part of the concussion protocol?

He certainly looked a little groggy as he left the field, but he walked off.

| We were pathetic yesterday. Our forward line was a revolving door and they made metres far too easily from it. Errors cost us again. I'm a bit downhearted after this because I can't see an 'easy' 2 points for ages. Our run in is ridiculous over the next few weeks: Sheffield, Fax, Fev, Toulouse, Sheffield, London, KR (or summert like that). Can't see us picking up too many points from those fixtures without reinforcements in the forwards.

| The number of handling errors was ridiculous; thats just basic stuff that we should be getting right by now.
The weather was fine, the pitch was ok (despite the slope), the ref could have been better but the loss was simply down to the players.
That game was a big wake up call - We can beat (in one half anyway) the team that everyone else has beaten so far but that doesnt make us invincible, we had to go out and put the effort in against Oldham and we didnt.
Take nothing away from Oldham - they bossed the game, and deserved the win.

| Seems we’ve got a couple of things to sort out at the moment on the field. We’re making too many errors and we’re getting outmuscled up front. In every game we’ve made unforced errors and this has cost us. Recent examples of errors costing us being away at London, at home in the cup vs Fev and now yesterday at Oldham. If you don’t put any pressure on the opposition you’ll not score enough points and they’ll win the energy battle as it proved yesterday.
Losing Murray was a blow yesterday as it was his second stint versus Dewsbury that helped break the game open for us. Magrin wasn’t 100% and Roche got a knock early on. That left us massively short up front what with already losing Peltier to injury and Oledzki back to Leeds. Kirk is willing enough but a long way from being the finished article. Add to that Larroyer being missing and the cards were really stacked against us.
I hope some of these injuries aren’t too bad or we’ll be looking at -4 for some time yet.

That would explain why he was walking funny when he left the pitch.
At least with all the sand on the field, he could have buried any mess he made.

| They'd clearly had some kind of desert storm which left the field looking more like a beach.
