I would assume the opposite. I would guess that the main thing Teamcard get out of it will be the money from unused points. The club are already getting things out of it by encouraging people to go to the shop in the first place for their discount.

Or perhaps they're simply shared. But I'd be surprised if Teamcard themselves don't get a nice share of it.

No. Points earned this season have to be redeemed by oct 31st or u lose them. U cant carry them over.

I'll have a scout around and try and find it online. think it was on original letter that came with season ticket but it was discussed on here in last few weeks too iirc.

Cheers mate. That was my intention, to use the points on a new shirt. No-one said anything when I got my ticket for next year though, which was a bit off to be honest, in fact it doesn't look as though the points for buying my season ticket have been put on either. Still, I never expected it to be worth anything so I guess I've lost 'nowt'.

I've just been (again) on the teamcard website and found the T & C. It does mention a couple on instances where points may be deducted (to do with problems with third party shops), and it says that anyone not using the card for six months will be contacted to see if the cardholder still wants to keep the account active, but there is no mention of any routine forfeiting of points . I wonder if the lady at the Bulls has got it wrong? They do make mistakes, as I pointed out on the last post, my card wasn't credited when I bought my season ticket. I'm beginning to wonder if this is just another rumour?

Can you purchase items online from the Bulls Webstore and use your Team Card points to get discount or do you have to go in to the club shop at Odsal?

Margaret wasn't there behind the counter, it was one of the other girls. She specifically asked me twice whether I wanted to use my points for the season tickets - but I declined as I was going to use them for a 2011 shirt nearer Xmas. I'm trying to remember her exact wording. She said "You need to use your points by 31st October as they are not valid after that date". She was quite specific about the points needing to be used.

I called into the office this afternoon and was given the same info. use the points or lose them. mind you £45 for a season ticket!

You can exchange your points for vouchers in the club shop, I emailed them about a week ago.

Was told last night (thursday) new shirts should be in end of Nov but points have to be used by the end of Oct. use them or lose them. So season ticket was even better value

I paid for my season tickets today. £99 tickets for £79 using the points on my cards. I only used my cards for Matchday entry so not bad all in all....

Having purchased your season ticket/membership for 2011, an information pack containing the Membership Cards and how to activate them will be despatched direct to every fan at or around the end of the first week in December

Any team card points can also be redeemed in the way of club shop vouchers that have no expiry on them. Of course this needs to be done before the 31st October as the points are taken away after this date.
