What do you expect him to say? Which business ever said,"ell, actually, we're looking at administration in a few weeks?

Indeed, and the Omar precedent suggests that any new applicant for the licence (not that I expect there to be one) would have to forego half next year's funding.

If they don't do that, then maybe Omar should see his lawyers as it surely can't be a condition imposed for him alone.

Whilst Green is still making positive noises and the RFL are mumbling lip-service and non-committal support, Bongser thinks that this may well turn out to be a very black day for THE NORTHERN CODE. Perhaps, yet again, expansionist dreams are placing the very heart beat (stet) of the sport in jeopardy in order to satiate Knight Rupert.

Bongser cannot, of course, speak of Debaser's intake, but it can be taken as a truism that first-mentioned might have had a few over the eight (generally half seas over the eight to work in an old phrase). Which bit puts Debaser in mind of the possibility / probability / definicy (?) of intoxication that Bongser might qualify / expand etc on his comments?
